Your Privacy

When you use Contact Us, Request Services or apply for a job, we receive what you type, and your résumé if you attach one. We use it only to reply to you, to consider a referral, or to consider your application. Please don’t include health information in our forms; we collect what we need by phone. Only staff whose work needs it can see it. We keep it until it is no longer needed, then delete it; a résumé is deleted with its application.

We may email you to confirm we received your message. Our copy of an email we send is deleted after 30 days (90 days if it could not be delivered).

To learn which pages are useful, we count visits to this website: the page, the website that sent you (if any), the kind of device and browser, how long the page was open, and an approximate location (city and country) worked out from your connection. We don’t store your IP address and don’t use cookies for this. Each visitor gets an anonymous code that changes every day, so visits can’t be linked to you or from one day to the next. We keep this for about 13 months. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don’t count your visits.

This website includes GeoLite Data created by MaxMind, available from maxmind.com.

Like most websites, our web server keeps short technical logs to keep the site secure and working. Its record of page requests keeps only part of your IP address. The logs are used only for that purpose and are deleted within seven weeks.

We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. This website has no advertising or social-media trackers and loads no scripts from other companies.
